A macrobiotic diet is well balanced with high fiber ingredients, brown rice, lots of vegetables, seaweeds, beans and low in fats. Originated in Europe, it has been well developed in Japan.

We use:

100% Koshihikari Brand, the highest grade Japanese brown rice.

Maple syrup & Agave syrup.

For making our Macrobiotic Dashi (broth), we use Konbu (kelp) seaweed and shiitake mushrooms.

In Japanese cuisine, most dashi are made from scratch with bonito flake and konbu seaweed.
