Dining at Yamazushi is an experience to savor – a dinner over which to linger.
We offer both seafood-based and vegan/vegetarian kaiseki style menu, each based on the ancient and complex tradition of Japanese kaiseki meals. While these tasting menus are largely chef's choice
(we plan everything, so that you can just sit back and enjoy!),
there are a few things that it may be helpful for you to know when planning your visit.
Due to the complexity of preparation for each customer that orders any of our full Kaiseki tasting menus, we do request that all reservations be made 24 hours in advance. We will stop taking reservations for the next day at 9:00 PM. This does not nessesarily mean that we will be able to give you a reservation due to the number of reservation requests that we receive . We are also unable to accept same day reservations or walk- ins but we do invite you to drop by, call. or send us a message for your reservation needs. Thank you so much for your understanding.
When ordering, your party may choose between our regular menu (available all business days) or our vegetarian menu (Wednesdays only; can be vegan by request). Either menu will be $85 per person. Please note that everyone in the party must agree on one or the other of the menus. However, we are pleased to work with individual guests to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions whenever possible.
If you have any questions about dining at Yamazushi, or if you would like to make a reservation, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you so much!
For all of our guests : we have a display table that will showcase multiple potters, including our very own chef, George Yamazawa! Some of the pottery will be on sale so feel free to take a look while you are dining.
